2. Who can use our services

You may use our services if:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, you have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Our services

• We provide access to online microlearning courses with exercises, and a content library.
• Our content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

4. Accounts and usage rules

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or login details with others.
• You agree not to copy, scrape, or redistribute any content from our platform.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Membership and payment

• We offer two membership options: a monthly subscription and a lifetime access payment, both priced in EUR (€).
• The monthly subscription grants full access to all current and future courses. You'll be charged a recurring monthly fee through our payment provider (Stripe).
• The lifetime access option is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all current and future courses, plus additional benefits as described on our pricing page.
• You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime before the next billing date.
• We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods or lifetime access purchases.

6. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Our platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
